【隨藝話】焗烤洋蔥牛肉麵包 Cheese Onion Beef Toast

此款麵包餐的作法簡單、快速且善用食材,所使用之材料皆是現成的:
香菇適量切片、火鍋肉片一盒、半顆洋蔥絲、
豆芽菜適量、義大利香料和海鹽,
歐式麵包則是前一天烘烤的,只要切成數片適當大小即可。













先將切片好的麵包擺上烤盤並在表面塗抹奶油,
烤箱預熱至180度左右。







將所有食材堆疊至切片麵包上,過多的食材可以只用肉片包著,
然後一併送入烤箱;此時可以開始刨起司絲了。







食材擺放完成之側面圖。







烘烤約20分左右檢查食材是否烤熟,
一旦確定就將烤盤取出並於切片麵包上置放起司絲 (要稍微施壓才不會掉落)、
加上義大利香料和海鹽後,記得移出已烤熟之肉卷,
再將切片麵包再度放進烤箱上層焗烤起司至金黃色即完成。







已烤熟之肉卷,僅在上頭灑上適量的義大利香料和海鹽就很美味。

【隨藝話】自製可替換式洗衣機濾網 DIY replaceable filter of washing machine

上個禮拜,小編家的洗衣機棉濾網已經達非替換不可的損耗狀態,
偏偏這類原廠耗品的價格又高得嚇人,
部份通路/ 大賣場可取得類似的替代濾網,
參酙了幾種作法之後,小編決定上布行採買布料來自行製作,
只是沒想到事情沒想像中的簡單,但我還是完成了這個任務。





這是原本的洗衣機濾網,材質柔軟但堅靭,不似網子,
二個角的連結處已撕裂。
詢問了第一家布行卻找不到一模一樣材質的濾網,
店家建議我用膠類將破損處黏好繼續使用。









來到另一家布行,老闆娘只有類似材質的布料,
不想再花時間尋找的小編,
就先向這位超親切、總是笑咪迷的店家買了一尺。($20台幣)
下圖為兩種材質的比較。







幸虧婆婆堅持送了一台縫紉機給我,
除了第一個袋子沒考量到塑膠殼的尺寸而不適用外,
修改過後的尺寸不管寬度和長度都恰到好處。







 底下的圖為新舊濾網的尺寸差別。







將濾網由塑膠環中間穿過。







將袋口往外網並拉下至適合的長度。







裝置完成後的樣子,由於布料夠細薄,
所以放回洗衣機濾槽時並不會卡不進去。
這次買的布料能製作二個濾網,
小編並沒有將尺寸固定下來,
否則就可依尺寸和數量採購尺寸適合的布料。

【隨藝話】3D烤籠加熱薯條 Used the 3D cage to heat up frozen chips

之前,我總得等薯條解凍後,才能放在烤盤上加熱且不斷地翻動才行,
因為舊烤箱並沒有風扇也沒有旋轉烤籠。
這堆薯條剛由冷凍室被取出,我直接將它放入烤籠並進烤箱,
然後才通電加熱。

Before, I couldn't heat up French fries till they defrosted,
and keep turning chips over occasionally,
otherwise they would be scorched because there wasn't a cage could be use in the old oven,
no fan either. 

I took the chips out of freezer and directly put them in the oven without preheating oven.







附桿上直接由一端插入、穿過另一孔即可。

This is the hole where to insert the bar and go through to another end.








別忘了在烤盤上放上烘焙紙,否則那股焦味將令你終身難忘。

Placed a baking paper on the plate to prevent fat dripping and scorching in the oven,
trust me, you don't want to smell it after.








上、下溫度設定為攝氏180度,時間預設40分鐘,風扇搭配旋轉功能。
烘烤後的薯條風味和口感都不錯,可沾些醋一起吃更爽口。

I set top and bottom temperature into 180 degrees Celsius, heating time was 40 minutes,
and left both Fan and Rotating on all the time.
The flavor and texture were nice, crispy and not greasy at all,
it would be awesome if I enjoyed it with vinegar.

【隨藝話】 剛誕生一日的酵頭 One day old sourdough starter

大約一週前,我利用蘋果皮和柿子皮加上白糖和過濾水,培養出非常活潑的酵母菌,當我一打開瓶蓋就聞到濃郁的水果香氣,於是撈出果皮,取出多於一半的酵母菌液另外利用,剩下的則加上高筋麵粉後,置於室溫一晚,今天取來製作麵糰時,它比我想像的還要活躍,在影片裡你可以看到其筋性非常足夠。


About a week ago, I used the peels of apple and persimmon,
plus sugar and filtered water to cultivate a very active yeast,
I smelled the rich aroma of fruit when the jar was opened, took away peels and half of liquid,
then I added high-gluten flour in the jar and mixed them well, left at room temperature for one night.
when I took sourdough starter to make the dough, it was still active than I imagined.

In the film, you can see it was already fermenting.

【隨藝話】Female Hat (knitting) 女用毛帽





因為天氣變冷的關係,版主想起嘗試輪針編織毛帽失敗的經驗( 末針與起針接合時扭轉了),
所以提起勇氣再戰一次,上了最愛的編織網站找到我能理解的編織圖後,
就準備工具直接織了。

Yarnspirations is the website where I usually download pattern for knitting or crocheting. I tried to knit a hat before but failed, because I accidentally twisted it in processing without knowing why, and it's winter now, I was going to try it again, and then this is the pattern - Effortless Beanie .







用鉤針掛 96 針在輪針上,反覆編 2 上針、2下針直到約莫10公分高,
然後換大一點輪針以同樣方式織到18公分高,這是鉤針起針的樣子。

cast 96 stitches on circular needles by crocheting, then Knit 2, Purl 2, repeat last round ribbing until work from beginning measures 4 inches, and then change to set of larger circular needles and knit
in rounds until work from beg measures 18 cm.












接著要開始滅針以塑型,我在第一針和最後一針之間做了記號以利辨識;以下為織法,
奇數排編變化針、偶數排只編上針。完成最後一圈後剪線,並利用它收針,
藏好線頭後就完成了。

Shape top:
1st round: *Knit 2 together, Knit 20, Slip next 2 stitches, knit-wise one at a time, 
pass them back onto left-hand needle, then knit through back loops together.
Repeat from * around 88 stitches.

2nd and alternate rounds: Knit.

3rd rnd: *K2tog. K18. ssk. Rep from * around. 80 sts.
5th rnd: *K2tog. K16. ssk. Rep from * around. 72 sts.
7th rnd: *K2tog. K14. ssk. Rep from * around. 64 sts.
9th rnd: *K2tog. K12. ssk. Rep from * around. 56 sts.
11th rnd: *K2tog. K10. ssk. Rep from * around. 48 sts.
13th rnd: *K2tog. K8. ssk. Rep from * around. 40 sts.
15th rnd: *K2tog. K6. ssk. Rep from * around. 32 sts.
17th rnd: *K2tog. K4. ssk. Rep from * around. 24 sts.
19th rnd: *K2tog. K2. ssk. Rep from * around. 16 sts.

Break yarn leaving a long end. Thread end through rem stitches. Draw up and fasten securely.






完成貎,對摺兩次的樣子。

【隨藝話】Homemade Cibatta and Calzone 自製麵包( raisin yeast 葡萄酵母)

這個月初利用葡萄乾所培養的酵母液製成酵頭,不但活躍無比且發散出香醇酒香,於是乎用它來製成基底麵團,烤了兩款不同的麵包─Cibatta 和 Calzone。







Cibatta 俗稱拖鞋麵包,我的配方很單純:酵頭、中筋麵粉、溫開水和鹽巴,全部材料拌勻後在室溫發酵接近一天時間,由於是一人份故無分切。烤箱設定為220度,上頭蓋著鋁箔紙,烘烤時間約莫30分鐘後的成果。











Calzone 俗稱披薩餃,同樣材料但多添加橄欖油,材料拌勻後待15鐘後即可使用,將冰箱裡的肉燥當內餡,像包餃子一樣捏緊開口就可送進烤箱,設定溫度為180度,同樣必須用鋁箔紙覆蓋烘烤至表面變焦即可,或取走鋁箔紙讓表面烤得更焦些。











另一次試烤 Cibatta,這一批也添加了橄欖油且另加義大利香料,一樣置於室溫下約一天後進烤箱,烘烤溫度為180度,10分鐘後降至150度,約5分鐘後取走鋁箔紙讓表面上色即可。

【隨藝話】DIY修理狗錬 Fixed dog leash by DIY

這是狗鍊修復前的樣子。This was how the leash looked like before it's been fixed.









廢物利用塑膠繩。These are used plastic strings which I used to crochet on the leash.

【隨藝話│手編】纖柔甜美圍巾

纖柔甜美圍巾成品。編織圖參考自《我的手鉤保暖小物》江梅玲著
MODA RERA LILLIUM, 55%ACRYLIC, 45%SEQUINS, 50g/ea, MADE IN CHINA


小編一直想鉤這條圍巾,但苦無適合的毛線,恰巧凱西媽送了我一些毛線,加上當初正學習棒針,所以就用了這款毛線來打一條彈性編的圍巾,但還沒完成小編又回台灣。

就在小編完成前一件作品 俏麗暖背心 後,看到條圍巾的織圖和使用方式 (還可圍在腰際或當頭巾 ),就改變心意而開始鉤起了這條又細又長的特色圍巾。成品長度約180公分,寛度則約9公分。


畫面左邊的圖案為棒針的彈性編,即基本的圍巾款式之一。右手邊則為鉤針所完成的圖案,花樣較多元,視覺效果亦大不同於基本棒巾圖樣,但若細看,彈性編的紋路是很美的。





透過逆光來看纖柔甜美圍巾的紋路,是不是令人感到驚奇呀?!

最後,小編決定加上這類型的流蘇,雖然又費了一番工夫和用了更多毛線,不過延展圍巾主體的效果遠大於一般流蘇,小編覺得甚是滿意呢。
