之前,我總得等薯條解凍後,才能放在烤盤上加熱且不斷地翻動才行,
因為舊烤箱並沒有風扇也沒有旋轉烤籠。
這堆薯條剛由冷凍室被取出,我直接將它放入烤籠並進烤箱,
然後才通電加熱。
Before, I couldn't heat up French fries till they defrosted,
and keep turning chips over occasionally,
otherwise they would be scorched because there wasn't a cage could be use in the old oven,
no fan either.
I took the chips out of freezer and directly put them in the oven without preheating oven.
附桿上直接由一端插入、穿過另一孔即可。
This is the hole where to insert the bar and go through to another end.
別忘了在烤盤上放上烘焙紙,否則那股焦味將令你終身難忘。
Placed a baking paper on the plate to prevent fat dripping and scorching in the oven,
trust me, you don't want to smell it after.
上、下溫度設定為攝氏180度,時間預設40分鐘,風扇搭配旋轉功能。
烘烤後的薯條風味和口感都不錯,可沾些醋一起吃更爽口。
I set top and bottom temperature into 180 degrees Celsius, heating time was 40 minutes,
and left both Fan and Rotating on all the time.
The flavor and texture were nice, crispy and not greasy at all,
it would be awesome if I enjoyed it with vinegar.
